🔥 What time will the bonfire be lit?
We plan to light the bonfire at approximately 6:30pm.
🎆 What time are the fireworks?
Our professional firework display is expected to begin at approximately 7:15–7:30pm.
The exact start time may vary slightly depending on weather conditions and operational requirements on the night.
🌧️ What happens if the weather is bad?
In the unlikely event of cancellation due to severe weather the event will be rearranged. Please check the forecast and come prepared with warm, weather-appropriate clothing and footwear.

There will be NO ticket sales on the gate, so please make sure everyone in your party has a ticket before travelling to the event. Tickets can be purchased here

Please leave all fireworks and sparklers at home and enjoy our professionally organised display instead.

The club bar will be open during the event.
👨👩👧 Can under-16s attend without an adult?

♿ Is the event accessible
Yes. The clubhouse and grounds are accessible, with an accessible ramp into the main clubhouse and accessible toilet facilities.
If you have particular accessibility requirements, please contact the club before the event and we'll be happy to provide further information. No parking is available onsite, however drop off at Private Lane entrance is possible.
🚻 Will toilets be available?
Yes. The club's internal toilet facilities will be available, and additional portable toilets will also be provided outside for the event.
🔇 Will you be using silent fireworks?
No. Our professional display will use traditional fireworks.
We understand that fireworks can be difficult for some pets, wildlife and people who are sensitive to loud noises. Our display is part of one organised annual community event and takes place within a defined time period rather than intermittently throughout the evening.
We advertise our approximate display time in advance so that local residents and pet owners have notice and can make appropriate preparations.
Bonfire Night is also an event enjoyed by many families in our community, and we aim to deliver it safely and considerately while maintaining the traditional Bonfire Night experience.
🦔 What are you doing to protect hedgehogs and other wildlife?
We take wildlife safety seriously. The bonfire will be carefully checked for hedgehogs and other animals before it is lit, with precautions taken during its preparation and ahead of lighting.
🪵 What do you burn on the bonfire?
We only accept appropriate clean, dry wood and suitable wooden pallets for the bonfire.
We will not knowingly burn unsuitable materials such as plastics, tyres, furniture, mattresses, MDF/chipboard or painted/treated timber.
🪵 Are you accepting donations of wood?
Yes. We welcome donations of clean, dry wood and suitable wooden pallets only.
Please do not bring general waste, furniture, treated/painted timber or other unsuitable materials. Anything unsuitable will be refused.
🚫 Can I leave wood at the club?
Please do not leave or dump wood at the club without prior agreement.
If you have suitable wood or pallets to donate, please contact the club first so we can arrange delivery.
We would still encourage walking, public transport or arranging drop-off/pick-up where possible.
A site map will be uploaded prior to the event.
