Food: Our club kitchen will be open serving hot food and we will be joined by a variety of food stalls outside.
Drink: Alcoholic drinks will be available from our clubhouse bar and also our outside can bar. Soft drinks will be available from all stalls.
As a licenced premises we operate “Challenge 25”. Any persons found to be drinking underage on the premises will have drinks confiscated and asked to leave without refund.
Children's Rides: This year we will have some rides for little ones at the event
The clubhouse bar will be open from 2pm.

*Should you need to purchase more tickets than are available (e.g. for a family of 5), you will need to buy a family ticket PLUS any extra single tickets.

*No car parking will be available at the event or on Private Lane. We encourage all attendees to walk or park responsibly. Interfloor on Broadway have kindly offered us the use of their parking facilities for our bonfire evening, any cars parked overnight must be removed by 10am on the morning of Sunday 8th November.
